Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for defective products. If your product has a fault, is broken, or does not work as expected in your area, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, slow speed is not a device fault
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may return or request a replacement for your device if:
- Defective Product: The device has a fault or defect upon arrival.
- Damaged Product: The device arrives broken or damaged.
Return Window: You have a 3-day window to request a return or exchange from the date of delivery.
Return & Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving your device. Provide order details, a description of the issue, and photos if the device is damaged.
- Return Label: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please mail the device to our address, which our team will provide when you contact us.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned device. Full refunds are provided if the return criteria are met, with no restocking fees.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made via your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, etc.).
Exchange & Replacement Options
- Exchanges: If you’d like to replace your device with a similar or alternative model, please contact our support team to arrange the exchange.
- Upgrades & Downgrades:
- Higher-Priced Device: Pay the difference if you select a more expensive model.
- Lower-Priced Device: If your new device costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Change or return with Deduction:
- Non-Returnable Conditions: Devices damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs, items returned after 3 days, and devices missing original packaging and components are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Network Incompatibility: The device does not function with your area’s network.
- Slow Speed : Slow speed is not a device fault but network issue so if return or change about 20% deduction will be held.
- 20% deduction will be held if you dont like product , get slow speed or get service related issues or simply you dont like the product.
- Not compatibe bands: always choose product that have also bands of your network you are using.
